Our Semi-Private Training program gives adults the best of both worlds — personal coaching with the energy of a small group (2–4 people). Every workout is tailored to your goals, whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, or training like an athlete again.

For those who prefer 1-on-1 attention, we also offer Personal Training. This option delivers fully customized programming and coaching designed around your specific needs and schedule.

How It Works


Semi-Private Training
: Train in a small group, but with your own program and a coach guiding every session. You’ll get accountability, expert feedback, and the support of others working toward similar goals.
Personal Training: One-on-one coaching designed to fast-track your results with complete personalization and flexibility.
