I've been passionate about athletic performance for over a decade. It started in the Navy, where I trained myself and a couple of friends with the goal of playing college football. We all made it, and I discovered my passion for coaching in the process.

During my own college football career, I realized I enjoyed the offseason training as much — if not more — than the game itself. That's when I knew my true calling was to coach athletes and help them unlock their full potential.

Since then, I've studied speed development under some of the best coaches in the world, competed in Olympic weightlifting, and had the privilege of coaching hundreds of athletes and adults. Over the past five years in Wilmington, I've pursued my dream of creating a gym focused on athleticism and sports performance — the type of training I wish I had access to as a young athlete.

Today, Wilmington Strength is that vision come to life. I'm grateful every day to coach youth athletes and adults, helping them move faster, get stronger, and build confidence that carries far beyond the gym.
